Choose Granda, vote no on E

By
From page A6 | October 31, 2012 |

What kind of lopsided decisions come pouring forth from many of our elected officials? They will use any gimmick they think will help them meet their goals. I speak of the Davis school board, which hatched the idea to exempt the senior citizens from paying any tax increases caused by the passage of Measure E.

No one, based upon their age, should be exempt from paying their fair share of school taxes. Can’t they see what damage they are doing to the younger generation? Hopefully, this will cause the younger generation to say “enough is enough, already,” and vote no on Measure E.

Jose Granda is the only candidate to recognize what is happening; he gets my vote. I hope yours, also.
