Choose Munn for Assembly

By
From page A4 | October 30, 2012 |

My wife and I have owned a small business near Woodland for more than 30 years. I first joined the Yolo County Taxpayers Association during the 1970s and now serve on the board of directors. While in this capacity, I have had the opportunity to meet and get to know John Munn, candidate for California Assembly, 4th District. We have observed John’s service to taxpayers first as an officer and then as president of the YCTA and we enthusiastically endorse his candidacy.

During these very difficult economic times, California needs a fiscally responsible leader like John who knows how and is willing to solve problems and restrict unessential government spending. Powerful political machines who receive money from government will support John’s opposition, but my wife and I strongly believe that the latter is part of the serious threat facing California and the rest of this nation today.

If you favor increased size of government and expansion of our debt, then you already know how to vote. But if you favor fiscal responsibility and living within our means, we urge you to cast your vote for John Munn on Nov. 6.
