The following is a copy of a letter to Doug Malinoff, president of University Honda:

Recently, I took my Honda Odyssey into your dealership for major servicing. On picking it up the following late afternoon, I found that after being washed, the windshield had a 2-foot-long crack across its lower third.

To cut a long story short, within a few days, Affordable Auto Glass of Dixon came to my door and about 40 minutes later I had a brand-new windshield in place!

How the crack in my windshield happened I don’t know, but what I do know is this: What I feared would be a big hassle and heartache turned out to be solved in a most courteous and professional way. Tom Edwards your service writer, was most helpful to me.

So I’d like to thank you for having a wonderful organization. I assure you that I really appreciate the excellent treatment I received as a customer at University Honda in Davis.
