Fluoridation and plastic bags

With all the very clever inventors we have in our area, why can’t someone come up with a fluoridation gadget that can be added to a household’s water system? It would have to be reasonably priced, simple to install/remove/replace. This would allow those households who want fluoridation to have it, but not impose the added expense to everyone else.

If we ban plastic bags, what do I use for my garbage disposal bags? I always reuse plastic bags, especially for wet garbage. But having to wash out the big garbage disposal containers would require that I use lots of extra water to clean it. If we ban plastic grocery bags, does that mean that we have to buy expensive plastic disposal bags? Does this solve the plastic bag problem? I don’t think so!
