Hear students speak about water

By From page A10 | February 15, 2013

The vote for Measure I is coming up, and Da Vinci High School environmental science students are providing three informative presentations to help the community learn more about this important issue.

Each presentation will cover how much people will spend if Measure I passes or if Measure I does not pass; how money is going to be spent for the project; water as a natural resource; Davis’ water situation; water conservation; and an explanation of Measure I. There will be time to ask questions at the end, and all of the groups will be prepared to answer your questions.

For your convenience, the presentation will be offered three different nights: Tuesday at 7 p.m. at International House, 10 College Park; Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Stephens Branch Library, 315 E. 14th St; and Thursday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. at I-House.

We look forward to seeing you all at our Water Night and hope you find the information helpful.
