Munn will guard fiscal foundation
Davis is a vibrant town with a City Council full of hopes and dreams. It’s fun to look ahead, and upward, while paying little heed to the foundations supporting those aspirations. Maintaining the foundation can be boring compared to dreaming, tedious rather than exciting, and underappreciated by those gazing upward.
The city’s fiscal integrity is the foundation; if that crumbles, all else will fail. If that integrity is sustained and strengthened, affordable dreams can become reality.
There is one candidate in the City Council race dedicated to accomplishing this: John Munn. He has a long history of community service establishing his credentials for fiscal responsibility. His fiscal discipline is steel-hard but his soft-spoken manner enables him to work with diverse factions.
We need John Munn on the Davis City Council to watch the fiscal underpinnings while supporting sustainable and affordable hopes and dreams. I urge you to vote for John Munn to become a member of the Davis City Council. Our fiscal foundation needs a keeper.
