Not accepted at our school

As Davis High School students, we wanted to join in the message that the hanging of a noose from the football goal post is an unacceptable act at our school. We also want to thank the students who were able to attend the community meeting for speaking up.

We don’t know if the person or persons who did this were students, but, if those who did this thought this was funny — it was not! Many of our fellow students are out of town or are not aware of what happened because school is out, but this is something that is important to all Davis High students and we need to make sure the message is clear that this will not be accepted at our school.
