		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s a state initiative, not a Davis school board initiative.  From watching last Thursday&#039;s school board meeting, what I understand is that if the state provides the money, then Davis schools could run it.  If they don&#039;t provide the money, then all bets are off for Davis.  It seems like the Governor/state are probably not inclined to fund it, however.]]></description>
