Report burned-out street lights
The city of Davis Public Works Department is finishing its “street light audit” this weekend. To make sure that they have included yours on their “fix it” list, please contact them in one of the following ways (email might be best):
“Problems with street lights or pathway lights may be reported to the Public Works department by phone, 530-757-5686; email, [email protected]; or letter, city electrician, city of Davis, 23 Russell Blvd., Davis, CA 95616.”
I suggest that all of the businesses in Davis also do a check on the status of the street lights in their immediate area and call in the burned-out lights near their front doors, especially the banks who want their customers to use the ATMs at night.
Businesses in Davis with burned out lights in their area include Seasons, Cindy’s, the Nissan dealer, Burgers & Brew/Crepeville and others. Be safe; let public works hear from you!
