See our production of ‘Avenue Q’

By From page A6 | November 06, 2012

As members of the Davis High School Drama Board, we write on behalf of the entire department. We are very excited for the community to see our fall musical, “Avenue Q: School Edition.” The show continues Thursday through Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Brunelle Performance Hall at DHS, 315 W. 14th St.

There was a recent article in The Davis Enterprise that contained misinformation regarding the show. The cast and crew have been working tirelessly to put on an amazing production for the Davis community. We recommend that parents with concerns about the content research the show and decide for their own family; however, the most risqué parts have been removed from the school edition to open the show to a larger portion of the community.

We look forward to everyone coming out and sharing a good time with us on “Avenue Q”! Thank you!

Laura Lavernia and Jasreet Gill
