Small-town help at its finest

By From page A6 | June 12, 2014

To my horror, my newish car got several gobs of mystery goop on the back end. The local dealer had not a clue as to how to remove it and waved me off to the detailer across the street. When the detailer was of no help, I went to Cable Car Wash in downtown Davis, figuring they’d seen it all in the way of goop.

Mike of Cable Car Wash very kindly spent at least a half-hour spot-detailing and scrubbing every bit of it off my car, and I had to beg them to take more than the cost of basic carwash for it.

These guys definitely went beyond the call of duty, expended more effort than the “big guys” would have bothered to, and took a lot less for it. I urge you to support them with their business.
