Thanks for supporting our sale

From page A10 | February 09, 2014 |

Last Saturday, our family held a garage sale fundraiser for Mercer Veterinary Clinic for the homeless. It was a big success, raising over $700. We are grateful to the staff of The Davis Enterprise (Kim Orendor) for the story that appeared on Jan. 30, and the garage sale notice (which those in the front office helped with).

We also want to thank our generous neighbors and friends, as well as those who came from the community in support. It was a fun event, with several dogs attending with owners, and pet stories shared.

We live in a truly wonderful community — supporting a wonderful cause and honoring our dog Hershey as well as our feelings. Thank you!

Nina Marshall
