Thanks from a grateful family

On behalf of our entire family, we would like to thank the Davis High School football team, coach Marc Hicks, and all the coaches and staff for honoring our son with the first Alex Totah Award for the most inspirational teammate. This award will now be given out annually to the player who can demonstrate team unity and humanitarian service. Our family plans to match this award with a $500 donation to the football team each year that the award is presented.
The love and brotherhood that each of these players have shown Alex over the past four years have touched our hearts and our souls. Autism is a difficult developmental disability. It can leave a person isolated and alone. This team has tackled and won over autism. They are the champions and have set the tone for sports teams everywhere to include and to serve.
We are so proud to be Blue Devils and really no words could ever express our deep gratitude to all of you.
The Totah family
Davis
