The idea that the Fed&#039;s actions should be controlled by our corrupt politicians in Congress is fatuous at best. That the person writing into The Enterprise to suggest that he wants our corrupt members of Congress to guide Fed policy is a conspiracy theorist is heartening. Hopefully, the majority of Americans will continue to see the wisdom in having an independent Federal Reserve whose policies are not guided by special interests or campaign cash.]]></description>
