Treasures helped raise $1,000

I wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the great coverage The Enterprise provided that helped make the St. James Antique Evaluation on June 14 a success. We raised more than $1,000, which will go toward the Memorial Center Building Fund.

We are also grateful to the experts who volunteered their precise time toward this endeavor, including Dick Luna of De Luna Jewelers, John and Dawn Miller of Davis Gold and Silver Exchange, Mike Mattis and Carlene Upton of Main Street Antiques, Audrey Hastings of Hastings Back Porch, Paul Tanneyhill of Winters Refinishing and local artist Marianne Kirsch.

Thanks also go to the many volunteers who made things run smoothly and ensured that our guests were well fed, with special recognition going to Joni Klein and Trish Nichol.
