To make an even more obvious point than the satirical one Goldsmith made…. maybe we should eliminate the MEN in responsible positions because they apparently seem to lack judgement and the proper leadership “style” for an academic setting.

Either that or remedial training for the men in “the subtle leadership style of women and steps you can avoid to becoming a stupid subordinate”.

There is lots to blame to go around here….. and lots to learn. I personally think this state should be able to yield the talent to run its universities. And I suspect that will mean retaining some and dismissing (even if by slow attrition) the others……
