Wreath Project a big success

By
From page A6 | January 04, 2013 |

On behalf of RememberAVet.net, we would like to thank everyone who took part in the 2012 Wreath Project at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon. Whether you donated money to purchase wreaths, supported the fundraising events, helped unload the trucks or participated in the wreath-laying event on Dec. 15, we thank you for your participation. Your support and help to spread the word about this very special community project is what keeps it going.

We plan to continue this wreath project for many years, and if you’d like to join our email group, please send an email to [email protected] to be included. We also have pictures from previous years and more detailed information on our website at www.wreathproject.org.

Volunteers are welcome to help with wreath disposal on Saturday, Jan. 12, at 8 a.m. Again, many thanks for supporting this very honorable and heartfelt project!

Curtis and Susie Stocking
