I am a k teacher with 31, started out with 38, full day, no aides, no breaks , except for lunch. The joy of teaching has really decreased. There is always money for a new administer and superintendent raises though. Much of the day is spent breaking up fights and arguments. I helped change a school board the whole summer, but as usual, board members have been wined and dined by superintendent. Frustrated, stressed, fed up. What can we do. My heart goes out to our precious kids who really are not receiving all they should get. Sick of administrators who do not care about our youngest most vulnerable children.
