"Finally talk about cheating and lies."

The more personal attacks, the less credible your comments.

"This all vote-by-mail election is an undemocratic, unconstitutional process..."

This statement is over the top and false. No court has found the mail in process to be unconstitutional, and the mail in process allows greater access to voters, especially for those who are physically limited or are serving our country overseas.

Last year's mail in election went smoothly without a hitch. If your side had prevailed, I doubt that you would be making these arguments. It sounds like sour grapes to me.

The more personal attacks, the less credible your comments. Stick to the issues. A reasonable person reading these personal attacks will see through an angry person with empty arguments a sign of deperation that the voters might just will not be willing to commit to paying $1600 over 5 years plus an automatic CPI increase each year. Moreover they are so arrogant that they want us to pay taxes on this money because is not tax deductible, as if they are entitled to it.
For accurate account of the court case visit:

Finally talk about cheating and lies. See how the Yolo County Cousel, author of the “impartial” arguemnt of Measure C, peid for the lawsuit and the collusion between the former Clerk and the present Clerk to silence ALL arguements aobut the frauulente process. They failed on that point.

Anyone who knows how to read and has an actual copy of the ruling (obtained from the Court Clerk) can see that neither side "won".
1. For the "No on C" side Judge McAdam writes: “Granda’s argument … attacking the mail-in process is his opinion and is permissible, to a certain extent...Granda is well within his rights to challenge the mail-in procedure by including language in the argument against (Measure C) attacking both the substance and process. …" So the Constitutional protection of free speech was upheld. But like Mama always said: "Opinions are like_____, everybody's got one and some stink."
2. While the Clerk Recorder failed to have "all" of the language stricken, Judge McAdam clearly found several statements to be "false" and "misleading" and those were the statements stricken from the "original" arguments.

That my friends is called a "Draw". Despite assertions by Dr. Granda and others, no one side came out ahead of the other.

The truly sad thing is that Dr. Granda continually does not seem to understand the ballot process."... They periodically report the number of ballots received, which in this case is the number of votes received. The fact that information is not kept confidential until the polls close makes this election an unfair election..."

Please Sir you are apparently far too well educated to continually get this wrong. Judge McAdam in his ruling clarified it:"The evidence shows that no votes were counted and tallied prior to the close of the polls. The ballots had been entered into the computer and counted — but the votes had not been counted and tallied...No one, not even election officials, knew the results of the election until after the official close of the polls."

For further evidence of the procedure I refer you to the Yolo County Grand Jury report for 2010-2011: http://www.yolocounty.org/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentid=16779
On page 43 of the report they observed the November 2010 election, where the Secretary of State reported that 48.4% of the total votes cast statewide were Vote By Mail (http://www.sos.ca.gov/admin/press-releases/2010/db10-118.pdf). Judge McAdam's findings are exactly inline with what the Grand Jury observed:"...Once sorted, ballots were fed by permanent staff at a rapid pace through large scanners where ballot data was stored on computers until polls closed on election night...Shortly after polls closed, the tabulation process was activated in the computers and absentee ballots were counted...Staff and administrative management at the Elections Office conducted operations in a professional and responsible manner, promoting equal access with unbiased vote recordation, counting procedures and protocol."

How it is possible that Judge McAdam and the Grand Jury can come to incredibly similar conclusions of the process and for you continually get it so wrong?
