A few tickets left for Rebekah crab feed

By From page A4 | January 29, 2014

The Davis Rebekah Lodge invites the public to its third annual Rebekah Lodge Crab Feed, to be held at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at the Odd Fellows Hall, 415 Second St. The crab feed is a charitable fundraiser, open to the general public.

There were 160 tickets printed for the crab feed, and only a few remain. Tickets are on sale only at Avid Reader Active, 605 Second St. in downtown Davis.

Tickets are $40 per person and entitle participants to lots of fresh cracked crab, pasta, salad, bread and drawn butter, as well as dessert. The event also features a silent auction and a full no-host bar. During the social hour, Cold Shot will perform.

All proceeds — after expenses for the food — will be used for the benefit of children from low- and very low-income families in Davis.
