Acoustic S and M to play Picnic in the Park

Acoustic S&M — Scott Pullman (six-string guitar, 12-string guitar, mandolin, percussion, vocals) and Mike Miller (six-string guitar, harmonica, percussion and vocals) — bring 50 years of folk and rock to Picnic in the Park on Wednesday, July 9, in Central Park.
Music starts at 5 p.m. and is sponsored by the Davis Food Co-op. Scott and Mike have been playing as a duo since 2001 and are a Picnic in the Park favorite.
The market is open from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Bring your own picnic or buy dinner at the food fair. Members of Soroptimist International of Davis will pour local beer and wine to raise money for local charities.
Children’s entertainment includes Central Park’s bicycle-powered carousel, Rocknasium’s climbing structure, bounce houses, face-painting and balloon-maker Dilly Dally the Clown.
Farm-fresh produce plus local eggs, honey and meat fill the market, with craft booths at the north end.
