We applied for a program, performed the work, staff inspected the work -twice. They approved of the work but then denied funding. Claimed that the work initiated before the ‘contracts’ were signed so therefore were ineligible for payment. ‘Contracts’ were not made available until many months after we applied for the program, we initiated the project and inspections were made. Very unsympathetic, disorganized and lots of bureaucratic red-tape. Our experience cost us thousands. Be careful.
