Alzheimer’s talk slated Tuesday

An internationally known expert in Alzheimer’s disease and memory care will speak at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Atria Covell Gardens, 1111 Alvarado Ave. The public is invited to this free presentation.

David Troxel has worked for more than 25 years in the Alzheimer’s care field developing and teaching care techniques as a consultant, writer and speaker. He co-authored the book “A Dignified Life: The Best Friends Approach to Alzheimer’s Care,” along with many other books and resources relating to Alzheimer’s care and training.
