“Babies Are So Human! New Insights Into Infant Brain Development and Emotional Health” is the title of Diane Evans’ presentation from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at the Buehler Alumni & Visitors Center at UC Davis. Admission is free.
Evans, an infant and toddler mental health specialist, will explore the relationships among infant brain development, parenting, social support and mental health. She enriches her presentation with her experience as a mother, grandmother and practicing therapist.
Parking is available at the South Entry Parking Structure, near the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts. For those with a disabled placard and a UC Davis parking permit, two disabled spaces are available directly in front of the Alumni Center.
A valid UC Davis parking permit is required if parking on campus. Those who do not have a UC Davis parking permit may purchase a day permit at the entrance to the parking structure for $8.
