Breast cancer support group hears about lymphedema

Amy Flinn will discuss “Lymphedema: Risk Reduction and Treatment” at the Breast Cancer Open Door educational program at 7 p.m. Monday, March 10. Flinn, of Motion Recovery Physical Therapy in Sacramento, will talk about ways to reduce risk of lymphedema and methods of treating lymphedema.

The program, sponsored by the Breast Cancer Care and Research Fund, will take place at the University Covenant Church, 315 Mace Blvd. Admission is free, and there will be time for questions and answers.
