2012 ‘Nutcracker’ cast announced
The city of Davis has announced the cast for the 2012 production of the “Davis Children’s Nutcracker,” a holiday classic.
The cast includes Laurana Hancock as Clara, James Hayakawa as the Nutcracker Prince, Emma Anderson as the Sugar Plum Fairy, Maya Alexander as the Forest Fairy, Ryan Fulks as Drosselmeyer, Joseph Thompson as Father, Andrew Montano as Fritz, Catherine Lautzenheiser as the Gnome Queen, Cedric Hughes as Grandfather, Katie Stachowicz as Grandmother, Eleanor Richter as Mother, Lily Linaweaver as the Mouse Queen, Paige Rubinstein as Nanny and Madison Lemmo as the Narrator.
The entire cast includes 260 children between the ages of 6 and 12. Performances will take place Dec. 12-16 at the Veterans’ Memorial Theatre, 203 E. 14th St.
Tickets will be available to the general public beginning Wednesday, Dec. 5, at the Community Services Department, 600 A St., Suite C.
