April Fool’s Day is theme of radio show

By From page A3 | April 02, 2014

This week’s edition of “Through the Looking Glass,” a KDRT radio show, will playfully revisit April Fool’s Day. Is is just a silly nuisance? A license for pranks and bad jokes? Or is it a valuable reminder of some sort?

Dr. Gitane, a psychotherapist and life coach who hosts the program, offers a closer look at the positives and power of this light-hearted pause while life is filled with so many real challenges. The subject may invite personal reflection and renewed consideration about what it takes to make life work, Gitane says.

The show airs at 4 p.m. Thursday on 95.7 FM.
