Beamer Park featured at Stroll Through History

By From page A6 | September 05, 2014

Planning is ongoing for Woodland’s 26th annual Stroll Through History on Saturday. The popular open homes tour will include homes built from the 1860s to the 1940s.

Most of the homes will be in Woodland’s first planned development, Beamer Park. Begun around 1914, the build-out of the neighborhood took 40 years.

This year’s selection of free guided walking tours will include a tour designed for children as well as the favorite “barns and alleys” tour.
