Bingo games support Yolo Military Families

By From page A5 | April 04, 2013

The Davis Odd Fellows’ Second Sunday Bingo on Sunday, April 14, will benefit Yolo Military Families, which supports local servicemen and women who are deployed around the world.

Doors at the Odd Fellows Hall, 415 Second St. in downtown Davis, open at noon and bingo play starts at 1 p.m. A packet of games to last the afternoon costs $20. The snack bar also will be open, selling food and beverages.

Combat troops are still deployed in Afghanistan, so the group’s work continues, a local spokeswoman said. For more information, email Linda Smith at [email protected]
