Breast cancer surgical treatment is topic of meeting

“Advances in the Surgical Treatment of Breast Cancer” will be presented by Jason Marengo, M.D., at the Breast Cancer Open Door educational meeting Monday, April 8, at 7 p.m. Dr. Marengo will discuss how surgical breast cancer treatment and breast reconstruction have evolved over the years.

Marengo is a breast cancer surgeon and a plastic/cosmetic surgeon at NorthBay Healthcare. There will be a time for questions and answers.

The free educational program, which is open to the public, will take place at University Covenant Church, 315 Mace Blvd. For information or directions, call 530-304-2746.
