Yogi Acharya Lama Gursam, a Tibetan Buddhist meditation master, continues to be in residence in Davis during November and early December. An authentic Drikung Kagyu yogi, he is offering traditional Tibetan Buddhist meditation practice and teachings at A Shared Awareness loft space, 105 E St., Suite G, from 7 to 9 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.

On Friday, he will offer the Empowerment of Vajrasattva, the Buddha of purification. Practice sessions and teaching on Vajrasattva will follow on Saturday and Sunday.

While there is no charge for these events, donations to support the Lama are welcome. For more information, call Sunny Shine at 530-756-2671.
