CA House hosts fundraising Indian dinner

CA House invites the community to its annual Indian dinner and silent auction. All proceeds will benefit the student programs and activities of CA House and its newly established Multifaith Living Community.

CA House is a nonprofit, inclusive, progressive campus ministry supported, in part, by the United Methodist Church of Davis and Davis Community Church. The Multifaith Living Community is beginning its fifth year as a residential program for students of all faiths. Thirty-eight students live in six townhouses and in the main building on Russell Boulevard.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, in the Fellowship Hall at Davis Community Church, 421 D St., and will feature an Indian dinner prepared by local chef Mary Phillip and a silent auction.

Tickets are $40 for adults and $20 for youths and students. Children ages 9 and younger will be admitted free. To purchase tickets, contact CA House at 530-753-2000 or www.cahouse.org
