Cabrillo Club plans installation dinner

The Yolo Cabrillo Civic Club No. 26 will hold its installation dinner at 6 p.m. Saturday in the Holy Cross Room at Holy Rosary Community Center, 575 California St. in Woodland.

State President Nelson Parreira will install the board of directors and officers for 2013. Dinner includes tri-tip steak, chicken piccata and veggie pasta marinara, green salad, dessert and drinks catered by Ludy’s Main Street BBQ.

Dinner is free for paid Cabrillo Club members; adult guests are $15, students (12-16) are $10, children under 12 are $5 and children under 6 are free. There will be a raffle and silent auction to benefit the Cabrillo Scholarship fund.
