California water law, policy class slated

Davis resident David Sandino will teach a one-day overview class on California water law and policy for the UC Davis Extension on Friday, May 16, at the Sutter Square Galleria in Sacramento.

The class will cover the regulatory framework for allocating water, including a discussion of surface water and groundwater rights, environmental laws regulating water, and the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
