Celebrate DHS seniors at Awards Night

By From page A3 | May 26, 2013

Community members are invited to celebrate the achievements of Davis High School’s graduating seniors on Tuesday at the annual Senior Awards Night. The event begins at 6 p.m. in the high school’s Brunelle Performance Hall, 315 W. 14th St.

Several hundred students will be recognized for academics, athletics, community service, school achievements, scholarships and awards.

The top awards are the Gordon H. True Service Cup — awarded to the two students who best represent the qualities of loyalty, service and citizenship — and the Rotary Cup, given to the student at the top of the senior class based on weighted grades.

For more information, call the DHS Career Center at 530-757-5400, ext. 140, or email Julie Clayton at [email protected].
