Chemistry prof talks science in UCD Arboretum

Chris Jeffrey, a chemistry professor at the University of Nevada, Reno, will talk about the chemical communications between plants and other organisms, or “chemical ecology,” at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, at the UC Davis Arboretum. Jeffrey’s free “Science Café” talk will be given on the Wyatt Deck. In the event of rain, the group will move inside to 146 Environmental Horticulture.
