Collaging brings comfort in grief

Expressing grief through creative means can be a helpful way to cope with loss. Yolo Hospice will host a free, one-day grief workshop, “Collaging Through Grief,” which offers an opportunity to express grief through the process of creating.

The workshop is open to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. It will be from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 27. In this supportive atmosphere, led by a trained bereavement counselor, participants will make a collage to remember their love oned and have the opportunity to share their stories with understanding peers.
