By From page A3 | April 10, 2013

The Active Older Adult Discussion Group will meet from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday in the Blanchard Room at the Stephens Branch Library, 315 E. 14th St. in Davis.

The group explores aspects of the conscious aging movement, seeking to mine the wisdom of long lives and find effective ways to share and pass on legacies. Rabbi Zalman Schacter-Shalomi and Ronald Miller’s book, “From Age-ing to Sage-ing,” serves as a guide for discussion and activities.

No reservations are required for this free meeting.
