A contra dance and cakewalk to benefit the Yolo Community Care Continuum are planned Thursday, May 30, at the Odd Fellows Hall, 415 Second St. in downtown Davis. Music will be provided by Blackbird and dances will be called by Erik Hoffman.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and dancing begins at 7:15 p.m. A cakewalk will be available, made possible by donations from Baskin-Robbins, Caffé Italia, Konditorei, Let Them Eat Cake, Little Prague, Nugget Market, Our House, Seasons, Stone Soup and more.

Tickets are $12 general, $8 for seniors and students and $5 for kids 12 and under. A family ticket, admitting two adults and their children, is available for $25.

Tickets may be purchased online at davisfood.coop and will be available at the door if not sold out. Cakewalk tickets, at $1 each, also will be sold at the door.
