Cooking classes set for teens, adults

Peregrine Elementary School in South Davis is offering a series of cooking classes for teens and adults in March. Peregrine School chef Cait de la Vega, a graduate of the California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu, will lead the classes at the school’s elementary campus, 1909 Galileo Court, Suite C.

Classes include “International Flavors: How to Use Ingredients from Three Cultures in Everyday Cooking”  on Saturday, March 1, and “Beyond Take-Out Pizza: Basic Cooking for Teens Leaving Home,” on Saturdays, March 8 and 15.
