Davis 4-H information night set Tuesday

By From page A5 | September 25, 2015

Golden Valley 4-H will host an information meeting from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Homes Junior High multipurpose room, 1220 Drexel Drive.

Are you interested in arts and crafts? Cooking? Rocketry, animals? These are just some of the things you learn about in 4-H, a nonprofit organization open to all children, ages 5-19.

4-H is a hands-on community program that begins in the fall. Davis has three area clubs: Golden Valley, Norwood and West Plainfield. Interested children are welcome to join any of these three clubs. In an effort to prepare for the fall, there will be an information meeting for parents to learn more about 4-H and the many projects offered.
