Davis Flea Market set this weekend

By From page A4 | October 25, 2013

The Davis Flea Market will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Third Space, a new multipurpose community venue at 946 Olive Drive.

The market will feature vintage goods as well as handmade and “upcycled” crafts from local vendors. Sacramento band SunMonks will serenade shoppers with brass-flourished world rhythms and tightly knit lyrical harmonies.

Other activities include a ping pong tournament and workshops with Davis Makerspace, Third Space Art Collective and Davis Flea founder Lauren Norton, who will show how to repair vintage appliances.
