Davis’ live summer theater, on ‘Davisville’

By From page A5 | July 28, 2013

Summer is an active season for live theater in Davis: Acme Theatre Company, Barnyard Theatre, Common House Productions, Davis Musical Theatre Company, the Davis Shakespeare Ensemble and others all have shows this summer.

On the latest edition of the KDRT program “Davisville,” Bev Sykes and Jeff Hudson, who review live productions for The Davis Enterprise, size it all up — quality, favorite moments, what they’d like to see more of, trends and more.

“Davisville,” hosted by Bill Buchanan, airs on KDRT, 95.7 FM, at 5:30 p.m. Mondays, 8:30 a.m. Wednesdays and 7:30 a.m. Saturdays. The show on live Davis theater debuted Monday and will be broadcast through Aug. 3. It is also available in the KDRT archives at www.kdrt.org/node/12620.
