DPNS has openings for older preschoolers

Davis Parent Nursery School has openings in its pre-kindergarten session for the coming school year. The class is designed for older preschoolers and younger kindergarten-eligible children.

Director Kathy Douglas uses current transitional kindergarten curriculum developed specifically for the year prior to kindergarten, weaving both phonics and numeracy into DPNS’ play-centered approach.

The pre-K class, which is capped at 20 children, meets from 1 to 4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays at Monday thru Thursday afternoons from 1:00 to 4:00pm at 426 W. Eighth St. Tours can be provided upon request.
