El Macero gardens featured on Pence Gallery tour

Attention, garden lovers: Tickets are still available for the 22nd annual Pence Gallery Garden Tour, from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 5. Seven gardens in El Macero will be featured.

Tickets are $20 for Pence members and $25 for nonmembers, available at the gallery, 212 D St.; Redwood Barn Nursery, 1607 Fifth St.; Beyond the Garden Gate, 1015 Olive Drive; and Newsbeat, 514 Third St.

Visitors will enjoy talking with Master Gardeners, receive tips on gardening and plant care and enjoy refreshments and a silent auction area.
