Fashion show highlights historical style

Save the date! The Yolo County Historical Society will present a fashion show at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, in the theater at Pioneer High School, 1400 Pioneer Ave. in Woodland.

Models will show fashion through the decades, beginning with late Victorian high style and on to the present day.

“Come enjoy an afternoon of fashion design and style history, everything from corsets and bustles to flappers and poodle skirts,” a news release said.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students, and will be available at the door.
