Fibro Friends gather for lunch, meeting

The Northern Cal Fibro Friends will precede their monthly meeting Saturday with a lunch at the Olive Garden, 100 Nut Tree Road in Vacaville, at 11 a.m. Saturday. The regular meeting will run from 1 to 3 p.m. at Valley Health Plaza, 1010 Nut Tree Road, Suite 240.

Returning to give a follow-up presentation on ways to cope with arthritis and fibromyalgia by participating in gentle exercise will be Gloria Anaya and Maria Ceja, outreach representatives for the California AgrAbility Program at UC Davis.

Anyone needing information or support concerning fibromyalgia is welcome to attend both the luncheon and the meeting. There is no charge for the meetings, but donations are appreciated.
