Fibromyalgia sufferers gather on Saturday

The monthly meeting of the Northern Cal Fibro Friends will run from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Valley Health Plaza, 1010 Nut Tree Road, Suite 240, in Vacaville.

Outreach representatives for the California AgrAbility Program at UC Davis will talk about ways to cope with arthritis and fibromyalgia by participating in gentle exercises.

For the final hour of the meeting, members will share their problems and solutions. Anyone needing information or support concerning fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue is welcome to attend. There is no charge for the meeting, but donations are appreciated.
