The second annual Unmasking Violence Gala, to raise much-needed funds for programs benefiting women and children throughout Yolo County, will take place Saturday, Oct. 26.
SADVC, Yolo County’s largest provider of services to women and children, will present “Unmasking Violence: Rebel With a Cause” at Reiff’s Gas Station Museum in Woodland. The ’50s-inspired costume party will feature music by Roadhouse 5, catering by Smoky D’s, cocktails by Anna Del Castillo of Bella Bartending, a silent auction, costume contests and more.
Tickets are $30 each and include two cocktail tickets, hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment and a tour of the museum. They’re on sale now at http://rebelwithacause.eventbee.com and at the Davis Food Co-op, 620 G St., and the Woodland Chamber of Commerce, 307 First St. in Woodland. In-person ticket purchases are by cash or check only.
