Garamendi sets two town hall meetings

Rep. John Garamendi will host his first town hall meetings in the new 3rd Congressional District on Saturday.

Garamendi, D-Walnut Grove,¬†will field questions from constituents from 10 a.m. to noon at Woodland Community College, 2300 E. Gibson Road. He’ll hold another question-and-answer session from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Lee Burrows Center, 630 E St. in Marysville.

Since he was first elected to Congress in 2009, Garamendi has held more than two dozen telephone or in-person town hall meetings, according to a news release.
